Our goal whilst designing and building a VW Long Wheel Base T6 was to break the mould with transporter conversions and introduce our signature style to a much smaller build, retain all the features of bigger campers and yet still have plenty of space to lounge around in, have plenty of storage and finished with beautifully crafted fixtures and fittings..

So we created a campervan with a large L-shaped curved sofa that converts quickly into a double bed, inside there is plenty of storage for bedding. Our Sully design has a large practical kitchen with our iconic live edge oak worktop that is only 20cm smaller than our medium and long campervan kitchens! So plenty of practical storage, a hob, sink, 30 ltr of fresh water and even a hidden drawer to maximise the space. She has a tri-fold pop-top so you can stand upright throughout the campervan. We took great care to create her oak ceiling replacing factory fit components with brass. She has handmade copper lights and down lights throughout which produce a lovely warm light.

The build also features a unique curved wall, you'll often find carpet and down lights in pop-top builds we wanted Sully to feel exactly like our bigger models so we maximised the wall space and created a curved wall with a custom pattern carved into the wood that is also on the door cards too.

During the day you can relax on the inclined sofa, this is our most comfortable sofa yet its 185cm long and sits across the rear of the camper too. Plenty of space for chilling on and having friends round. Opposite we have oak fronted cabinets, an oak ipad and laptop stand, lower storage units with lift up lids and inset brass handles. Her table is set flush into the lower unit and flips up in place for drinks, dining, games and working at.

We've made the Sully design to be highly practical too, she has a porta loo tucked away that can still be used at night when the bed is out. You can also access the fridge when the bed is out, perfect for making a brew for those lazy mornings. Her heating controller is also easily accessible whilst still in bed. All things we love about our bigger campervans.

Our Sully design is truely unique. It can be adapted for similar sized vehicles too.

KITCHEN

Full size L-shape kitchen with beautiful live edge Pippy Oak worktop and splashback. There are 4 kitchen drawers which are all soft close, an 80cm unit for food storage and a 60cm unit which houses the fridge and has space for toiletries and a bin. Round stainless steel sink with handmade copper tap.

SEATING / BED AREA

Stylish L-shape sofa with a curve. The main sofa has an angled back for optimal comfy seating position. There is a large storage area under the sofa for bedding and clothes storage. The sofa pulls out to make a 185cm x 125cm double bed using the sofa cushions as a comfy bed for 2 people. It takes seconds to set up and still allows room for you to have the portable toilet out and still access the kitchen cupboards and fridge for a morning brew!

TABLE

Flip up live edge oak table to match the worktops. It folds up and down with fold down hinges, we have concealed the hinges by recessing the table into the storage unit adjacent.

TOILET

Thetford porta potty housed in the fixed sofa section which has it’s own compartment so nice and discreet.

POP TOP BED

There is a double size bed in the pop top.

STORAGE

Generous sized storage unit adjacent to the sofa which has beautiful pippy oak flip up doors. The storage compartments can be accessed from both the front and rear of the van. In here you can store things like coats, shoes, tables and chairs and spare water. Above the unit is a bespoke oak ipad/laptop stand with oak and copper shelves for books and plants etc. Upper storage cabinets with solid oak doors, knurled brass door handles, soft close hinges and heavy duty magnets.

HEATING

Eberspacher diesel heater which is plumbed directly in the fuel tank. It comes with the pro controller with in built thermostat so it automatically clicks in and out according to the desired temperature. You can also use the timer so you can wake up to it being warm or come back from a day out to a warm van!

LIGHTING

Handmade copper lights throughout and custom made CNC feature lighting.

INSULATION & VENTILATION

Insulation is incredibly important to keep a camper warm in winter and cool in summer as well as reducing condensation in the living space. We use Celotex 25 and 50mm foam board, spray foam in the tricky to reach spots, earth wool, silver bubble wrap and aluminium tape to create a vapour barrier. Her pop top windows can be unzipped for ventilation.

GARAGE AREA UNDER SOFA

Includes a Gas locker with 907 gas cylinder for gas hob. Electrics cupboard with hinged door to keep everything safe and LED light. There are also 2 x large storage compartments.

EXTERNAL & SECURITY UPGRADES

We offer several options to transform the exterior of your camper. Including vinyl wraps, alloys, all terrain tyres, wheel, ladder and roof racks, pop-tops, mobile internet and many more options listed below.

We also assist with several security enhancements to your vehicle including trackers and immobilisers which are Thatcham rated.

We can now offer a 3D render of your chosen design and colour scheme. The Sully layout includes a graphic wall pattern unique to your build. 3D visuals are a great way to see your finished campervan before we start building.

Please note we do have to make sure that your build does not become over weight. Every component and additional upgrade will add weight to your campervan. We have to balance design, functionality and additional kit to make sure your campervan has enough payload left for passengers, water, food and belongings etc. Please carefully think about what you require in your build, we are here to help offer advice on this.
